Spencer has now officially peed in his little potty 3 times! I have been noticing that his diaper is dry for long periods of time and when I find that, I invite him to take a seat on the potty. (I found that if I ask Spencer anything, his reply is always "no", so now I don't ask!) We are making a morning routine where he sits on the potty after breakfast and we read some books. But last night after dinner and before bed I changed his completely dry diaper and put him on the potty. He did it, he peed! This is the first time that Daddy was home for it. So exciting. How come every milestone your child accomplishes, is so exciting? I mean exciting to the point that you can't contain your joy.
We are not hard core potty training since he has to have surgery soon and that will put him back. But for now we are just going with it.
