Jigitty Jig

The most exciting thing about being home is to be reunited with my hubby/dada after two weeks. I love to see Spencer’s reaction and the excitement father and son share in being together again. Chad chased Spencer around the house and oh how he squealed with delight, no one is as much fun to play with as dada. Chad has been busy busy busy with school, understandably so, and Spencer has not had a lot of time with Chad yet. Chad often leaves before Spencer is awake and home after he is in bed. It breaks my heart when I get Spencer out of his crib in the morning and he says ‘dada’ repeatedly and then walks the downstairs searching for him. Luckily my heart heals when Chad comes home and the two buds are reunited and play time begins. Life is settling back into a routine for all of us; home again, home again, jigity jig.
