This is called a Taggie. You how babies love to play with tags on blankets and stuffed animals? Well this is a lovie that has lots of ribbons to feel, chew and play with. I made them to be gifts for baby showers. I feel in love with this owl fabric and the other side in a cloth diaper so that the taggie can double as a burp cloth. Spencer loves his taggies so that is why I made them as gifts. Ribbon is usually expensive so when it is on sale I stock up.

Shhhh.....I made Spencer a train quilt for Christmas.
This is the back. I tied it with the knot in the center of each little train.
This is the front. My Oma helped walk we through the prairie point edge. The quilt is not perfect but for a second quilt, first without my Mom's help and first with prairie points, I am pleased with it. Spencer has seen it around and goes crazy when he sees the trains...Christmas morning will be exciting.
